Unfortunately, Vita is dead and we can't do much to help it at this point.

Is it really supporting it? The other way would be very risky because you can jailbreak your vita, lose your PSN account. I know there are Vita games that people really want to play, but hacking your vita and playing in a patch, buying a used copy that will not help the sales. Also, these PC games are all companies that need much more help than Otomate (not saying their situation is good, but these companies are much smaller than them).

I'm saying this because I think if we really want to support the industry, then I think it would be better to focus on games that are easier to buy and that will make a difference in sales since they aren't used copies. It seems Animate has also a digital side, but I'm not sure how it works? If anyone has ever used it, it would be nice to know. Anyway, just putting the tag here for all ages games.ĭMM would need a VPN and I have yet to try to buy there, but I have seen some tutorials for it over the internet. There's even the Club Suicide which is gaining a lot of attention as the release is this week.

There are some Karin games (who made Princess Nightmare, which already has a english patch as well), Operetta games, Daisy2. Depending on the game, the price is better than buying a physical version. While I do agree avoiding piracy is important, wouldn't then be better to focus on games we can buy? DLsite has some games that people can buy and it's much easier to browse and buy there. It's already a lot of hassle because you need digital card + resetting your vita, but not only that, it's dangerous if you have a hacked vita, even if you are careful. The other option would be buying digital Vita games, but now that the PSN doesn't allow to buy the games in PC, it became more of a hassle to buy them.

Some games aren't even produced anymore, so you can only buy used copies, and used copies won't really help in sales or anything. With all respect, don't you think would it be better to focus on PC games that people can buy in sites like DLsite or DMM (although the second case would need a VPN)? Or even patch the mobile versions by Otomate where you can buy them even cheaper? I mean, patching a vita game still needs to hack your own vita, and lately it has been harder and harder to buy the games. I'm glad to see more english patches for games people really wanted to play! But may I give my opinion?
